Mr. Powell has extensive experience in school district administration, having served as a Director of Special Education and Director of Purchasing prior to attending law school. Mr. Powell focuses his practice on school business operations, particularly in the areas of bidding and purchasing. Mr. Powell currently serves as Contract Compliance Officer and General Counsel for the The Interlocal Purchasing System. Mr. Powell joined the firm in 2014.
