Melissa Miltonberger serves as an attorney of counsel with the firm of Powell & Leon, L.L.P. Ms. Miltonberger graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Economics. In 2012, she graduated with a law degree magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Prior to law school, she worked as a litigation consultant where she created financial models and analyzed business scenarios, such as breach of contract, fraud, officer liability claims, and project cost overruns. Ms. Miltonberger worked with a variety of clients including consumer product and service companies, financial institutions, government agencies and defense contractors.

In law school, she served as a research assistant to the Director of Loyola University Chicago School of Law’s Intellectual Property and Technology Program.
